Howard Recruitment treats each client and their requirements as a unique entity. Thoroughly understanding what is needed, we are able to tailor and implement bespoke sourcing and selection strategies. Once suitable candidates are identified, we then conduct a thorough interview, assessing both strengths and weakness, reasons for looking for a new role, salary expectations and locations that they are willing to work in. We also use our experience when interviewing to make sure that the candidate will fit our client’s culture and business requirements.

Howard Recruitment then arranges interviews between the candidate and client, provides two detailed references that we have taken verbally, manages the offer stage and assist the candidate with resignations.

To find clients their next strategic hire, Howard Recruitment uses a systematic approach to permanent recruitment. Encompassing a range of attraction strategies, we are able to ensure clients truly are hiring exceptional talent. These methods include pulling on our vast business relationships, networking, referrals, head hunting, social media and advertising.


Hiring on a temporary basis enables clients to increase headcount to finish projects, have cover for holiday/personal leave or bring in a team for a specific project without increasing the permanent workforce. Howard Recruitment is able to source temporary hires on behalf of clients, giving them the flexibility to complete projects and tasks in the required time frames. We provide a seamless online timesheet portal, and manage all of the back end process.


For senior talent, Howard Recruitment is able to implement Executive Search solutions on behalf of clients. Unlike permanent and temporary recruitment, an Executive Search includes an upfront payment from the clients at an agreed percentage of the estimated fee. Howard Recruitment then maps the market and provides a list of names, current roles and companies to our clients. This is generally called a long list. Working together we then agree on a shortlist, and then confidentially and professionally approach candidates on the shortlist to assess their interest and suitability. Howard Recruitment then provides the client with resumes of interested candidates, sets up 1st, 2nd and if required 3rd interviews, conducts thorough references, and manages the candidate through offer and resignation.


Howard Recruitment is able to provide clients with advice at any stage of the recruitment process. We are able to assess your current frame works and provide solutions for improvement, provide salary benchmarking, assist with advert writing and position descriptions, provide PSA advice and give recommendations for sourcing strategies.
