What memories are made of – family holidays!
by Lynn Eaton * National Account Manager * Spencer Travel

Travelling with children will create a lifetime of memories for the whole family. The experience of seeing, touching, smelling foreign shores and meeting the different cultures is unforgettable.  Let your children remember riding in a gondola, dancing with the Masi, playing volleyball with the Fijians, snorkelling with Nemo in tropical waters, eating chocolate crepes on the Champs Elysees or swimming with the dolphins in Hawaii. Text books can teach history and TV shows visually take you through these experiences but nothing beats sharing the real thing with your family.

If the thought of planning all of this leaves you cold, relax. Our consultants are experienced professionals who can provide detailed itineraries, prepay accommodation, car hire, transfers, activity passes as well as make excellent recommendations to ensure your family holiday is a success.

We invite you and your family to share our passion for travelling. Our consultants at Spencer Travel – Travel with Kidz have travelled the world and have many suggestions. Make an appointment to discuss your family holiday needs and start collecting those lifelong memories.

Fantastic Family Specials

Ski New Zealand
Blue skies, white slopes and spectacular views are hallmarks of the Queenstown winter which officially runs from 1 June to 31 August. Winter temperatures seldom reach more than 7°C or 8°C (44°F - 46°F) and can fall well below 0°C (32°F) so rug up and keep cosy. The ski season often lasts until early October.

Skiers, snowboarders and alpine lovers are drawn to the region's six international standard ski areas, open from June, a spirited après ski culture and plenty of off-slope action. An electric vibe sweeps over the town before each big snowfall in anticipation of fresh tracks and a winter wonderland. The breathtakingly beautiful snow areas cater to every level of skier or snowboarder.  Learners find dedicated areas and great instruction while the more advanced can hike to steep slopes and chutes and the passionate can find private powder runs with the help of a guide and helicopter.
